They gave us all the info we needed, and answered all questions we had they gave us plenty of time to look at the car with no pressure then we were able to test drive it. We part exchange our car and they were very fair on the price. On collection they send you away with a full service and mot. We love our new car is doing great. My 19 year old son visited to look at a £10,000 car on his own. having visited several garages and been ignored , Ryan treated him as a potential customer, gave him time and took him seriously. My son and me visited other garages together afterwards but he kept talking about the car at Palmers. So I went there to see the car and was equally impressed not just with the vehicle but the fantastic customer care. Ryan's attention to detail is exceptional and is clearly passionate about quality used cars and fantastic customer service, Couldn't fault this place. My son bought the car and is delighted with it and so am I. Will definitely be recommending and returning as we are a three car family. A 5 STAR Experience...
After Ryan gave us a detailed description and sent us some videos of the car, we decided we'd come to view it, in the hope of also part-exchanging our car. Ryan gave us a friendly welcome and a much needed cup of coffee. I thought the trade-in for our car was a fair deal and he gave us confidence in the buying process. The car was exactly as described and the company clearly take pride in preparing the vehicles. We had a 700 mile round trip from the East Coast, but I think it was worth it and drove back in the new car, without any issues. If you're in the market for a good used car, I'd recommend visiting this company.

Bought my very first car from these guys, Scott was the one who dealt with me, he was really good to me, answered all my phone calls, even did a live video review of the car for me on what's app and treated me and my parents well when we went to see and buy it, even had to travel over a 100 miles there, and then 100 miles back with the car, for this car, definitely worth it. Really Good! I recommend them!
